Click on the picture to see larger view.  This is a complete Hawaiian Shave Ice business.  The cart is an American Custom Metal and is completely stainless steel  It has a complete water system.  Has on board water tanks and hot water heater.  It has a 3 bay sink on top and has a hand sink underneath.  Cart retails at $6500.00.  Also included is a swan cube shaver with new blade.  This machine retails for $2000.00.  The tow trailer it is sitting on is also included.  All for only $4000.00!!!  Bring a car or small truck and pull it home!

We accept major cards! 

More flavor... less sugar because our Gourmet Flavors are made for shave ice.  Most companies use sugar as a thickener.  This gives an over abundance of sugar and is really too sweet.  Our flavors have an ingredient in it to encompass the snow so it does not go directly to the bottom of the cup giving you more of the fruit flavor and less sugar.

Hawaiian Five-OH Super 12 Gourmet Flavors are concentrated and require mixing with 4 to 5 pounds of sugar and 10 to 11 ounces of concentrate for each gallon of ready to use syrup.  

Flavor concentrates are available by the gallon or quart. When you buy by the gallon, your  cost for each gallon of ready to use flavoring will be about $4.93 . Serving cost is about 7 cents.  By the quart, your cost is about $5.99 per gallon of ready to use.  Gross Profit Calculation.

Super 12 requires no mixing with citric acid or sodium benzoate. Shelf life is approximately 5 years and ready to use syrup will go from year to year. This saves you time and money.

SUGAR ALERT!!  More and more stores are selling beet sugar because of lower prices.  Beet sugar does not work well with flavorings such as shave ice, sno cones and flavored drinks.  It gives off a peculiar odor and taste that does not bode well with these flavorings.  Only buy sugar that states "Pure cane sugar".  If you do not see this statement, do not buy that sugar.

Should you want to mix sugar water ahead of time you will have to add preservatives to the sugar water as sugar water by itself will produce mold within 2 or 3 days!!

How to use Zinger!  I like using a spray bottle filled with zinger.  I spray a couple of squirts on the snow and then flavor it.  Make any flavor extra sour!

Finally!! A good Sugar Free Product!!  Now available a sugar free product made with Splenda!  No bad aftertaste with this product!  One pint makes one gallon of ready to use, you just add water!

SLUSH FLAVORS...Are concentrated and available by the quart. Each quart will make 2 gallons of flavorizer when water is added. Add 1/4 ounce flavorizer to each 7 ounce serving of frozen neutral base. Slush Neutral Concentrate...is available by the quart. Each quart will make four gallons of ready to use neutral base. To make a gallon of ready to use neutral base, mix 8 ounces of concentrate with 5 pounds of sugar. The ready to use neutral base is now a 4-1 mix and will produce 5 gallons of product. For best results, always use the same brand neutral base with the same brand flavor.
