Recipe For
Frozen Drinks
 |
This is a recipe for making frozen drinks from Hawaiian
Five-OH Ready To
Use Gourmet Flavors. These items are very popular at special
events, especially when served in containers like the Yardski's
and Palm Tree Coolers. Packaged in this way, you can retail
at $4.00 to $6.00 and make $2.75 to $4.75 profit per serving.
-
Equipment: I'm
searching for a shaver blender that really works.
When I find one, I will let you know. Until then, I recommend you
purchase a Vita Mix Blender with at least one extra cup. One with a timer is
very handy. You can purchase at restaurant supply stores for around
$500.00...........
- Product: To make a 16oz
serving do the following: Pour 5 ounces of Hawaiian Five-OH's
flavoring into the blender pitcher. Add 2 ounces of water and an 8
ounce scoop of ice. Push the Go Button and in about 15 seconds, you
have a cool, refreshing, tasty frozen drink. Do Lemonade, Pina
Coladas, Margaritas, Strawberry Daiquiris and whatever. Add 4
ounces of whipping cream to each quart of your favorite flavors for ice cream
smoothies. You can be very creative with this product. Call
them Caribbean Coolers, Frozen Treats etc.
Make ice cream smoothies
without refrigeration!
Another recipe for you. Ice cream smoothies without the need to of
an ice cream freezer. In addition to the recipe above, you can pre mix a
flavor base for smoothies of frozen cappuccino or mochas.
Making a smoothie base in this manner helps you save time during those
days when you have those long lines. First mix your Super 12 concentrate
using 8 ounces of Super 12 and mixing with 3lbs of sugar to make one gallon of
liquid. Take 7 ounces of this mix and add it to your blender. Add
one heaping tablespoon of dry ice cream mix(
)and enough ice to make a 16 ounce
serving. If you want, you can add fruit to give your drink some pulp but
this is another step that I don't think is necessary. You can make
strawberry, orange, lemon, dreamsicle, pina coladas or whatever you
want...easily and it is good!
Cappuccinos and Mochas. Our coffee flavor is the base to this
recipe. We also have a Kalua flavor. Add NiceCreme for cappuccino.
A delicious Mocha is made by mixing Super 12 Chocolate Fudge, Roasted Almond
and Kailua along qith a scoop of NiceCreme.
NiceCreme can now be purchased on this web site by
going to Shopping Center.
